1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website Gharvilla.com, the Sikar Properties app, or associated platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Platform

Sikar Properties and Gharvilla.com serve as a real estate discovery, advertising, and lead generation intermediary connecting property sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and brokers. We are not a direct property developer or financial lender.

3. User Listings & Authenticity

Users who post property listings represent and warrant that:

They possess lawful authority or ownership to market the property.
All photographs, pricing, dimensions, and descriptions are truthful and accurate.
They will promptly update or mark properties as sold/rented once finalized.

We reserve the right to review, edit, unpublish, or permanently delete any listing that violates local laws, contains misleading pricing, or infringes intellectual property rights.

4. User Due Diligence

While we verify listings to the best of our ability, buyers and tenants are strongly encouraged to independently verify all legal titles, revenue records (Patta, Jamabandi, 90A conversion), approved layouts, and physical boundaries prior to executing financial transactions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

Post duplicate, fake, or fraudulent property listings.
Harass, spam, or collect unauthorized contact data of other users.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass platform security mechanisms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bytscop Technology and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from property transactions, contractual agreements, or disputes between buyers, sellers, or brokers.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar / Jaipur, Rajasthan.
